Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email, including a free prepaid return label, allowing you to return the item at no cost.

If the return is approved, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the return label.

However, in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, MySoftNest will cover all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

MySoftNest accepts exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  2. Send back the original product
  3. Place a new order once the return is accepted

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: within 10 business days
  • No restocking fees
